To provide a state of the art facility to showcase musical performance on the North Olympic Peninsula

THE VISION for the JAMES CENTER for the PERFORMING ARTS

Ø    The Sequim City Band, along with other local non-profit performing groups, will work together to develop a state-of-the-art venue for performance in the Sequim community.

Ø    The facility will provide acoustically exceptional outdoor and indoor performance venues for musical and dance groups.

Ø    The James Center will provide both outdoor and indoor stages for festival activities.

Ø    It will provide the community with an exciting place to see and hear quality performances.

Ø    The James Center will be used for educational classes, lectures, and performing opportunities to develop the talents of young and old alike.

Ø    This venue will provide the community with much needed large conference space.

Ø     The facility will enhance and encourage visits to the Water Reuse Demonstration Park, Carrie Blake Park, and the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden.
